Returns & Exchanges



  1. We are happy to refund or exchange full priced purchases.
  2. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of dispatch (the day of your purchased order); unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if items have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way.  
  4. Ohae Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if these requirements are not met, except as required by Consumer Guarantee Act 1993. Items that are purchased on sale cannot be refunded but are happy to exchange for you.
  5. Your refund will be credited to the card used to complete the original purchase. Please note that a refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and cleared by your bank.

  7. The cost incurred for the return shipping of the item(s) to Ohae is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  8. Please email for any faults or concerns about the purchased item within 7 days of receiving the garment.  
  9. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ohae takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.




  1. If you would liked to exchange your purchase please email us at within 7 days of receipt.
  2. The exchange must be for an item that is equal to or more value that the item purchased. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
  3. All items will be checked to make sure they are unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. 
  4. Once the garment has been looked over and meets our requirements, a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of Ohae and an email will be sent with the relevant tracking information.
